Buller Union Parish is part of a continuing journey of God's people seeking to reflect the essential unity of Christ's Church. Buller Union Parish is part of the community of Partner Churches and Cooperative Ventures in discovering and living out what it means to be a missional church of Jesus Christ in today's world. We aim to develop a community as the body of Christ that facilitates healing in a broken society.

Entity Structure

Buller Union Parish is part of a national organisation of union or co-operating parishes. Its governance arrangements are covered by two important documents. One is the "Covenant" or "Agreement" unioned by the partner churches while the other is the Guide to Procedures. At a local level, within the Parish, there is a Parish Council. Parish Council is the governing authority of the parish and is composed of members elected by a parish meeting and the minister(s).
