Entity Structure

The Operating Theatre Trust is an incorporated society and a registered charitable trust. Under the trading name of Tim Bray Theatre Company (originally The Central Theatre from 1991 - 2003 and Tim Bray Productions 2004-2018), we employ or contract office staff along with offering short term contracts to designers, actors, musicians, technicians and tutors.
