Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To promote a non-violent society by supporting the health and well-being of women, and their families, through the process of self-determination, education and social change. We provide information, advice, and advocacy to all women, and their whanau; and members of the general public. We support the journey of recovery from sexual harm, and other forms of abuse, through education, counselling and advocacy. Our vision is a healthy, safe, and supported community free from sexual harm.

Entity Structure

The management team and the majority of staff make up the Collective. The entity is governed by the members of the Collective. There are currently 6 members. The Collective operates and governs the organisation. Independent personnel and organisations advise and provide education to the Collective on a regular basis.
