Charitable Purpose

Vision: Children and their families/whanau are valued and included in the social and economic fabric of our communities. Mission: For children to actively participate in everyday life. We provide Child Development Services in the Western Bay of Plenty under Ministry of Health contract.

Entity Structure

The Trust Deed specifies between a minimum of 5 and no more than 9 Trustees. We currently have 5 Trustees including roles of Chair, Vice Chair and Minutes Secretary. The Trust Board may appoint suitable people to committees of the Board who then report back to the Trust Board on all matters delegated to them.
