Charitable Purpose

To provide and promote water-based education for young people in New Zealand by providing, coordinating, managing and delivering positive programmes, training opportunities, appropriate facilities, quality coaching, quality guidance and assistance for the benefit of all young people.

Entity Structure

The board shall consist of not more than five nor fewer than two members. Operations are performed by external contractors for swimming lessons and other operational needs of the Foundation.
