Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide maximum oportunity for all people in the Mangawhai District to take part in sports and recreation of their own choosing to the fullest extent of their desire and skills provided that the word "sport" or "sports" shall have the meaning ascribed to it.

Entity Structure

In our trust deed there shall not be less than nine or more than eighteen trustees at one time. They should always include a representative of Kaipara District Council, Mangawhai Beach School and Sport Northland and must have a Governing Board consisting of these Trustees except when not reasonably practicable
