In and for each year the members of the church elect - in accordance with the bylaws - a committee which comprises at least 3 and not more than 5 members which includes chairperson, treasurer and secretary. the organisational structure comprises a staff of around 50 people in accordance with the Church of Scientology's organisational structure.
