Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide: 1. Charitable Financial and Operational support for development of youth education within New Zealand. 2. Charitable Financial and Operational support for Youth and Community well being programs in New Zealand. 3. Charitable support for Health Services in New Zealand and also New Zealand based Health initiatives in the South Pacific. In accordance with the Trust Deed.

Entity Structure

The Charitable Trust is administered by up to 5 elected Trustees, who are also required by the Charitable Trust deed to be financial members of the Rotary Club of Epsom (an incorporated Society). At financial year end, there were four duly appointed Trustees.
