Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The educational purposes of the Auckland Grammar School including (without in any way limiting the general discretion of the Trustees) the provision of: grants, scholarships, awards and benefits to pupils and teachers of the School capital improvements to the land and buildings of the School the provision of plant, equipment and educational aids including of a wasting or depreciating nature research and assistance with special projects for the benefit of the School other general educational benefits the settlement of either the whole or any part of the income or capital (or both) on the Board of Trustees of the School
