To advance the interests and general welfare of all persons with a hearing loss, their whanau and all who support them, to improve their quality of life.

Entity Structure

Governance: Our governing body is our Committee, made up as follows: President, Treasurer, Secretary and committee members. Operational Structure: We have three part-time employees, who report to the Committee: Our Hearing Advisor and Client Services Coordinators (job-share). We also have approx 90 volunteers who help with our fundraising, office support, and events.
