Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To financially assist the (Hutt Valley Disabled Resources Trust) Centre to carry out its administration, work experience, field work, training and educational activities within the Hutt Valley area and, in particular, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing. To create opportunities for the (HVDRT) centre to attract and retain the continuing interest and financial support of a concerned group of persons who are interested in aiding the centre in any of its activities. To further the aims and objects of the Hutt Valley Disabled Resources Centre Trust. In applying these objects, the Foundation shall have regard to the policies set out in its preamble The Foundation is governed by a board which has members of HVDRT and other individuals comprising as follows: The Foundation may meet for the dispatch of business, adjourn and otherwise regulate its meetings as it thinks fit.
