Charitable Purpose

The objects for which the Society is established are: (a) To maintain, develop, equip, and promote the land and buildings administered by the Society under delegated authority from the Waitomo District Council, known as St Helens Recreation Reserve or Aria Domain. (b) to protect and preserve the open space feature of the St Helens Recreation reserve and to provide for the development of this reserve as a recreational facility complementary to the surrounding amenities and landscape. (c) To promote the general welfare of the Aria District. (d) to use the funds of the Society for all things such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
