Entity Structure

The Governance of Central Southland Hospital Charitable Trust lies with the directors of the Trust. The Trustees meet on a regular basis [3 monthly] to oversee the performance of the organization and to monitor that performance against the Trust’s purpose, scope, direction and goals. Management of the organisation is achieved by the appointment and supervision of the Facility Manager a suitably qualified and experienced person with delegated authority from the Trust Board.
