Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide Franklin individuals or families who are facing adversity with special breaks. A special break could be a weekend away, a pamper package or a day/night out or any other special interest break that the trustees agree to fund.

Entity Structure

7 Trustees with Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer appointed annually at AGM. 3 Trustees have signing authority on cheques. Dual signature required on all cheques. 3 Trustees issued with credit cards for use to book Special Breaks. All Special Breaks are approved via email by majority of Trustees or at Trustees regular meeting prior to trustees booking any breaks.
