Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Pioneer Village and Museum which promotes awareness of the history and development of the Hibiscus Coast and surrounding districts. This is achieved by collecting, conserving, interpreting and studying buildings, objects and and records relevant to the human and natural history of the district. Through these activities and with the involvement of other community groups, the Society will preserve, illustrate and explain the history of the District for the benefit of the public.
