Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Russell play centers purpose is to provide high quality education for the children who attend its services. Playcentre provides a stimulating environment which is physically, emotionally and culturally safe for all members, as whanau is the fundamental unit in which is valued, promoted and supported as the most important ingredient for the nurture and education of our children.
