Charitable Purpose
(a) contribute towards the cost of development of a Catholic Secondary School in the Western Bay of Plenty District. (b) promote and support the interests and welfare of the college. (c) encourage religious cultural and sporting activities forming part of the curriculum of the college. (d) establish and maintain studentships or scholarships to be awarded from time to time to pupils of the college. (e) build or establish buildings, structures or any facilities either indoor or outdoor and inlcuding plant and machinery at the college. (f) make gifts, payments or donations to any needy pupil at the college. (g) provide for the teachers at the College facilities for research, travel or any other matters in the furtherance of and promotion of education at the college.
