Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The aims of the Trust are: a. to support community development as determined by the Trust within Himatangi Beach and surrounding areas; b. to manage the Himatangi Beach Community Hall at 6 Koputara Road, on behalf of and in liaison with the Manawatu District Council, and to manage all assets of the Trust; c. to provide financial stewardship on behalf of the community (as decided on a case-by-case basis by the Trust).
