Charitable Purpose

To maintain and improve quality of life , contributing to maximum good health in pre and post retirement people by providing - opportunity for weekly physical exercise under the guidance and direction of trained aerobics instructors; education and mental stimulation through guest speakers, discussions and visits to places of interest; enrichment of life by social contact, outings and entertainment.
