Charitable Purpose

The establishment and operation of a radio station for the community of North Canterbury and to provide broadcast opportunities for groups, minorities and individuals who would have little access to the airways.

Entity Structure

The Trust is governed by a Board of up to eight duly appointed trustees who elect or appoint the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Station Manager. The Station Manager undertakes the day to day management of the radio station.
