Charitable Purpose

The mission of Pray for the Nation is: 1. To glorify God by uniting Christians throughout the nation in praying regularly and specifically for our nation, the government and the Church; for revival and evangelism. 2. To encourage them to continue to pray for revival until God sends such a revival. 3. To instruct in the ministry of intercession, so that Christians will be more effective in intercessory prayer. 4. To share with Christians specific prayer suggestions related to this mission, so that they can pray more intelligently and specifically.

Entity Structure

The entity operates on a volunteer basis. It has no formal structure or membership. It is led by its coordinator, and sends weekly Prayer Updates to any church leaders or administrators, prayer group leaders, or individuals who request them; it also puts these on its website. From time to time meetings, prayer gatherings, and seminars may be held, which are open to anyone, and which further the mission of Pray for the Nation.
