Charitable Purpose
The objectives of the Club shall be:
a) To promote tramping, mountaineering and other outdoor recreation activities.
b) To promote the development of skills associated with tramping, mountaineering and other outdoor recreation activities.
c) To encourage social activities within its membership.
d) To maintain communication within its membership.
e) To maintain a collection of resources for the use of members, such resources being associated with tramping and other related outdoor recreation activities.
f) To promote the preservation of the mountain and forest areas, in which the club runs its activities, as a natural and unspoiled reserve and to preserve the freedom of access to these areas.
g) To act in cooperation with government or other organisations for the promotion of the above objectives.
h) To maintain a record of Club activities.
