Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to use or employ both the capital and the income of the Trust Fund for the furtherance of any charitable purposes in NZ, particularly in Hawkes Bay, which are from time to time selected by the Board of Trustees and which provide: (a) For the advancement, education and welfare of disadvantaged youth. (b) To assist groups or organisations that provide for the development and education of young people. (c) To provide financial assistance for any charitable purpose that the Board of Trustees consider is beneficial to the Hawkes Bay community in particular.
