Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

1. Educate individuals & the community about the numerous physical, mental & spiritual benefits of living a balanced yoga lifestyle. 2. Offer training & guidance in the techniques & practices of yoga exercise, breathwork, relaxation, mindfulness, &meditation through a range of free or low-cost programs. 3. Further the material &spiritual wellbeing of individuals & society through the practice of karma yoga (practical actions of selfless service) & bhakti yoga (devotional service). 4. Support individuals on their personal path towards a healthier, happier, & more fulfilling life. 5. Promote & disseminate the teachings, principles & spiritual values of the ancient yoga texts Srimad Bhagavad-gita, Srimad-Bhagavatam, & related works. 6. Educate the general public, through all available means of dissemination, about one's true identity. 7. Acknowledge & support other affiliated organisation/groups, & further other charitable purposes, in connection with charitable purposes 1 to 6.
