Entity Structure

Te Pou Tiringa Incorporated is a Not-For-Profit organisation governed by its Rūnanga (or Governing Board). The Constitution specifies that the Board of Trustees is comprised of those who support and have proven commitment to the aims of the organisation and speak Māori sufficiently well to be able to conduct business comfortably in that medium. Admission of new members is at the discretion of the Rūnanga.
