Entity Structure
The Whangarei Rowing club is an Incorporated Society. The management of the club is vested in the Committee which consists of the following committee office holders: President; Club Captain; Secretary; Treasurer; Safety Officer and a minimum of two (2) and no more than five (5) non office committee members. The Officers of the club and committee are elected at the annual general meeting each year.
