Reason why charity is no longer registered:

It has been suggested by our 2017 auditors and again in 2108, (our year ends 31st July) that because we have not held a charity golf tournament for some time we may be in breach of the commission's rules. We have no wish to breach the rules and as a consequence of this we wish to deregister. We have had difficulty filing our returns in Tier 3. Our last date to file is 31st Jan 2019 and although we do have our latest accounts prepared as prescribed the alterations required have not as yet been applied to the accounts. (Our accountants are honorary). As a consequence we will miss our filing date. We have no wish to be in breach of this requirement and our Board has therefore decided to deregister.

We are a golf and squash club. Our mission is to be financially secure with modern facilities managed to professional standards while maintaining a family and country atmosphere.

We are administered by an elected and appointed Board and governed by our constitution. We are an Incorporated Society.
