To provide good quality residential accommodation that promotes learning, success and personal development. An environment where all interactions are characterised by respect with an open and consultative approach. Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees are required to meet with the Heads of Hall on a 2 monthly basis to discuss and confirm decisions around finance, correspondence, general business and matters arising. The Heads of Hall are responsible for the day to day operation of the Hall including the care of each resident, providing an equitable, confidential and safe environment, based upon the principles and policies set out by the governing Board.
