Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To foster an interest in amateur radio and related technology of radio and electronics, particularly within the membership area (Hawkes Bay).Also folowing the NZART code of practice and their mission statement.To co-operate with civic bodies in the operation of a civil defence emergency as and if required.

Entity Structure

Structure includes a Chairperson,Secretary,Treasurer and up to four and not less than two general committee members.Meetins are held monthly with ten financial members making up a quorum. Committee meetings are held as and when required and require a quorum of five.
