Entity Structure

Trust Deed dated 31 October 1990 created a trust appointing three original trustees. The practice of Canterbury West Coast Swimming Inc. has been to appoint trustees each year at is Annual General Meeting. The trustees administer the fund on the basis that such trustees shall keep the capital of the fund intact and shall pay the income for educational purposes in the teaching of swimming to those who cannot swim and the improvement of swimming to those who can swim.
