Charitable Purpose

KCCAET are committed to employing youths and adults that are out of work to provide them with skills and experience to help them back into work. We employ an apprentice. We also employ individuals that are transitioning to retirement. We offer work experience to youths who are seeking work.

Entity Structure

KCCAET is run by a Development manager who is employed by the Trust and there are 4 full time employees and a part time office manager. Individuals are employed on an ad hoc basis as the business dictates and these individuals are given on the job training.
