The purpose of the trust is to provide buildings and all necessary amenities on the Woodend Camp Reserve for Christian spiritual, educational, physical development or welfare purposes and for the conduct of Christian Camps, picnics, meetings and gatherings of any kind.

Entity Structure

Woodend Camp Trust is a public benefit entity, being a trust established exclusively for charitable purposes in New Zealand. The Trust was settled on 18 March 1957 and incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 on 5th July 2006 (Registration No. 1839093). The Trust is a donee organisation approved by Inland Revenue and is a registered charity (Registration No. CC35550).
