Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Legion of Frontiersmen is a organisation which endeavors to help society through activities of Community Service. The majority of members, within the NZ COmmand, undertake duties that are based around car parking, surveillance, and traffic and crowd control at a variety of different events, such as Christmas parades, or a market, dances, sports events. Members participate in ANZAC commemorations as our vision going further.

Entity Structure

The Squadron is made up of the following structure: Squadron Leader, Officer Commanding elected AGM. Active Fontiersmen membership. Veteran membership, unable to give full services. Associate membership, due to work related circumstances, only part time if called to assist. The purpose of community volunteering in these changeable times, keeping members involved, as recruitment strategies is a key issue for survival in the future.
