Aim: That City Kids is recognised as a leading, innovative early Childhood Educator and employer.
We believe in supporting, encouraging, and guiding the well-being and growth of each tamaiti with aroha through ako,
manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, and whānaungatanga.
Our vision for City Kids is to create an inclusive, where tamariki feel nurtured, valued, and secure. We empower ākonga to be
lifelong learners, with active engagement from whānau and the wider community.
We are committed to the principles of the New Zealand early childhood curriculum, Te Whāriki, He Whāriki Mātauranga mō ngā

Entity Structure
Any parent/guardian and staff member of City Kids is eligible to be a member as set out in the Society's constitution.
City Kids is governed by a Management Committee comprising a minimum of six individuals elected from the parents/guardians of children attending the centre, staff employed at the centre and others who may from time to time be nominated by the management committee.
