Purpose & Structure
Charitable Purpose
The Supreme Grand Chapter established this Fund in 1942 to commemorate its Jubilee. The Fund consists of monies tranferred or bequeathed to it, the net income from which together with annual contributions from the Royal Arch members, is used to create educational scholarships to aspiring student applicants.

Entity Structure
The Entity is a Trust administered by the Supreme Grand Chapter who shall elect from its members a Scholarship Coucil consisting up to 5 members who determine who the scholarships are paid to. The financial affairs are governed by the Grand Treasurer in conjuction with the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Trutees.
