Charitable Purpose
1. To foster & assist the member organisations to run, control & manage all of the fundraising activities that the member organisations may share in the Great Auckland Bargain Book Fair at the Barfoot and Thompson Stadium in Kohimarama.
3. To share equally between the member organisations the profits, debts & liabilities accrued by the Society.
