Charitable Purpose

The Depot Artspace is an open and inclusive creative community in Devonport, Auckland that encourages engagement in all art forms. Depot Artspace offers a variety of facilities, services and events that support the creative community including galleries, a professional development programme, publications, a recording studio and a design studio.

Entity Structure

The entire administration of the Society shall be vested in the Management Group. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment from the remaining members who shall have regard to the need to appoint persons committed to the Management Group's objects and capable of assisting the Management Group to carry out its objects by their skills, expertise, standing in the community or other qualifications. At the second A.G.M. of the Society one of the first appointed members of the M.G. shall retire
