Charitable Purpose

The Pauanui Community Office (Residents and Ratepayers Association) works to improve, protect and maintain the superb environment in Pauanui. We are the interface between the individual property owner and the councils - TCDC and WRC. When a council action is beneficial to Pauanui we lend support and when a council action (or inaction) is contrary to Pauanui's best interests, we will strive to bring about a favourable change.
