Entity Structure

NZACA Inc. is an incorporated society and a not for profit national membership organisation focused on representing aged care residential providers throughout NZ. The Society is governed by a board of directors comprising ten members and a chief executive. The board of directors meet on a two monthly basis. In addition the Society has an Audit and Risk Committee which comprises of three members of the board of directors.
