The Council consist of — (a)the person for the time being holding office as the Attorney-General: (aa) a Judge of the High Court to be appointed by the Chief Justice: (b)  the person for the time being holding office as the Solicitor-General: (c)the person for the time being holding office as the President of the New Zealand Law Society in accordance with the provisions of section 117 of the Law Practitioners Act 1955: (d) the persons for the time being appointed as members of the Council
