Charitable Purpose

Vision: A safe place to sleep for those without shelter. Our vision is to provide safe accommodation for those who are displaced - and to transform lives by doing whatever it takes to break the cycle of homelessness.

Entity Structure

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the Governance of Takitimu House as outlined in the Trust Deed. There will be between 5 - 12 members sitting on the Trust, one of whom will be a consumer representative. The Board of Trustees will provide a diverse range of professional backgrounds and expertise to ensure the strategic goals, mission, and vision of the trust are realised. There is one full-time Operations Manager who is responsible for the day to day operations of the Trust.
