Charitable Purpose

The primary objective of the Aotearoa Scholarship Trust is the distribution of scholarships to students as opposed to that of making a financial return.

Entity Structure

The Trust comprises a Board of three Trustees who oversee the governance of the Trust, and kaimahi from the parent, Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (TWoA) are responsible for the day to day operations of the Trust and reporting to the Trustees. The Trustees are appointed by TWoA.
