Charitable Purpose

To provide building, accomodation and storage facilities to facilitate and advance the work of the 29th Wellington Boys' Brigade Company ("the Company") amongst boys and young men. To raise funds, seek sponsorship and promote financial support for the work of the Company. To provide Grants, Awards and other benefits for or in connection with the work of the company. To do all such things as may be necessary or desirable to assist in the attainment of the foregoing objects, as are permitted by law and as the Board shall think fit.

The Trust Board has 5 trustees to manage the Trust in a manner to fulfil the above Purpose. The Trust has a close working relationship with the 29th Wellington Boys' Brigade Company, and also the Plimmerton Parish of the Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa NZ as sponsoring Parish.
