Charitable Purpose

The objectives for which the trust is established are to carry out charitable purposes within Aotearoa New Zealand to raise funds, promote & uphold the principle that all New Zealanders should have opportunities to participate in the arts, culture & community as specified in purposes 1-6. 1. advance education 2.Create a community arts studio facility in the interests of social welfare & for the benefit of our community. 3. Relief of poverty 4. Promote public health 5. Facilitate social rehabilitation 6. Community benefit

Board still consist of not less not less than two no more than five members committed to the trusts purpose, vision of mission. Trustees are expected to lead governance & uphold the principles of the trust. They are authorized to carry out the aims of the trust.
