Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To carry out in New Zealand the following: To spread and promote the values and teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. To foster community and individual development in New Zealand with a particular emphasis on education including assistance in removing barriers to education. To demonstrate concern for the social, psychological, physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the community. To establish and provide facilities for the purposes of promoting and advancing of Christian and Catholic values, spirituality and teachings through retreats, seminars and gatherings. To take any steps to determine necessary for purpose of raising, obtaining and receiving from any source whatsoever all such funds, monies, property and donations. To support other trusts, societies, associations or organisations whose objects are similar to the objects of the Trust. To support, promote or carry out any work which in accordance with the laws of New Zealand is charitable.
