Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the OLC will be to facilitate and support the coherent organisation of online learning, within and across, actively involved participant communities.

Entity Structure

The OLC is made up of individual schools from 4 Communities of Online schools (CoSs) working collegially together. Governance is overseen by the OLC Council (made up of ePrincipals (Leaders) from each community and Principals/teachers from member schools who meet twice annually). Individual schools within each CoSs support their respective community providing teachers and admin for each ePrincipal. The OLC is self funding.
