Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To lend practical assistance to recently qualified and graduated New Zealand and migrant students into meaningful and productive employment. To provide induction training and internships in preparation for full employment that draws on the academic achievements and qualifications of candidates. To attract grants and sponsorships to enable the establishment of a placement service and the associated mentoring to settle appointees into their first positions. To instruct and guide employers unfamiliar with current human resource practices in achieving good matches and mutually rewarding outcomes with inductees. To establish scholarships to enable promising young graduate employees to pursue continuing professional development in preparation for business succession.
