To hold the Bequest funds and investment income to support community services and/or organisations who promote Safe Sleeping, as will benefit Southland Families

Entity Structure

Our trust deed states that we must have between four and twelve Trustees. We currently have four trustees that constitute our governance board. Our operations are managed by Trustees and volunteers who support us with various activities throughout the year.
