Charitable Purpose
The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely:
1. Stimulating interest in music and the arts generally in their various branches and to perform or produce opera and other musical and dramatic entertainment for the benefit of the Society and others.
2. Advancing education by empowering, educating and offering financial assistance to further study within the Performing Arts.
3. Benefiting the community by being open to everyone who wishes to come on stage or be part of a theatre company and putting on shows for community entertainment.
4. Sponsoring or promoting any outside group for the performance of any activity which the Company may lawfully engage in.
5. To do all other things as are incidental and conducive to the attainment of the above objectives or any of them.
