Charitable Purpose
Entity's Purpose or Mission:
The purpose of the Trust includes, but is not limited to, the following:
a) To foster the pursuit and advancement of high education standards for pupils of the Whangarei Boys' High School;
b) To provide for the educational, learning, sporting and cultural purposes of the pupils of the Whangarei Boys' High School;
c) To provide financial assistance for scholarships, prizes, bursaries and allowances for pupils in order to assist and support them towards achieving academic or sporting excellence;
d) To provide assistance with the acquisition, improvement or maintenance of land, facilities, materials or equipment used by pupils for educational, learning, sporting or cultural purposes;
e) To support, assist and advance the aims and objects of the Whangarei Boys' High School Old Boys' Association so long as the Association remains a recognised charitable organisation in accordance with New Zealand Law.
